Job Profile
  • Your daily routine job is to generate leads from various quality sources, analyse them and communicate with the potential leads and customers through various channels using sophisticated tools. Nurture and convert the leads. Help and guide the customers. Convert them, do up-selling, do cross-selling and develop new business opportunity for the organisation and overall achieve monthly sales target and hence increase revenue of the organization contributing to the overall mission of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong hold in Digital Marketing to generate quality traffic and leads using Organic methods like SEO, Link Building, SMM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Paid methods like PPC Paid Ads, Blogger OutReach, Affiliate Marketing …etc.
  • Handle leads (sales) & customers (support) and able to do technical discussion over call (Skype, Mobile, Google Meet etc.) and in writing (Email, chat) and convert them into customers.
  • Research and Analysis (Customers Profiling, Buyer Persona, Customer Cycle …etc)
  • Create, Update, Manage Helpdesk customer support articles.

  • Advanced analytical skills (including data modeling) and business insight
  • Experience dealing with unstructured business issues and successfully leading teams to resolve these issues
  • Ability to build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively with managers and executives
  • Strong task and project management skills
  • Must be confidant in handling foreign clients on call.
  • BA/BS degree from a credible university. MBA a plus. Have completed at least Bachelor’s Degree or MBA with digital marketing background
