The Role…

You’ll create innovative designs that will help them achieve their aspirations, guaranteeing the sale by attending to every detail and placing customer satisfaction as your priority.

About you…
To us, it’s not a big deal if you haven’t worked in this industry or type of role before, in fact some of our highest earners had never been in this kind of role – all we ask is that you hold a valid UK Driving Licence. It is beneficial if you come from a Sales background however, what matters is that you have bags of enthusiasm and energy with a passion to stretch yourself and deliver sales through service.

We are looking for individuals to join our Food team as the regional/country F&B point of contact. This position will collaborate with various business, technology and operations teams to provide excellent end user service experience. In addition, you will help contribute to and improve product strategy and features.   • Lead a one-of-a-kind spatial design and branding experience for TikTok through kitchen space interior design, material and finish selection, digital/technology integration and equipment installation.
  • Understands and applies strategies that integrate current & future food equipment trends, competition and consumer/customer needs.
  • Sources vendors, FF&E and creates concept banding with immersive design elements for TikTok spaces (e.g., new offices, studios, experiential activations and events).
  • Produce visuals and drawings (including 3D modeling, perspective renderings, mood board swipes, 2D mock-ups) for production, fabrication, pitches and implementation in collaboration with in-house graphic designers, 3D designers, and others.
  • Manages cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and business unit leads to assure current/future needs meets business requirements.
  • Other duties as needed.


  • Degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field, LEED AP certification and/or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Kitchen/Occupancy Space Design and construction, with experience in portfolio management, project initiation, design development, and project management of corporate real estate assets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills; demonstrating influence with data driven insights & proposals.
  • Direct corporate design/construction project management/leadership experience.
  • The travelling across offices and regions required.

Summary of the Role

To sell, design and plan, with the aid of computer aided designs (CAD), the full range of Howden Joinery products, keeping in mind safety and practicality, with the objective of achieving and exceeding depot and Company sales and growth targets.

The Role

  • Sell inspirational kitchens that you have designed and planned using the Company’s range of products with the highest level of customer service.
  • Develop long term collaborative business relationships with customers from the building trade and their clients.
  • Utilise Howdens unique ‘My Kitchen’ service which offers the ability to create and view high quality images.
  • You will be required to visit sites to measure and evaluate the customer’s needs.
  • Previous design (CAD) and/or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Correctly process estimates, pricing, delivery dates and stock requirements for your customer.
  • You will be required to use your own vehicle during business hours, and travel expenses will be reimbursed accordingly.
