‘Great deal of anger’ was ‘rarely’ seen at polling booths

Victorian Treasurer Tim Pallas says he “rarely” saw a “great deal of anger” directed towards the government at the voting centres.

“I’m, pretty confident that the Victorian people know hard decisions were made but they had to be made and they were made with the best effort and endeavour government could muster,” he told Sky News Australia.

“I’m sure the government as a consequence will be regarded well by the community.”
